I completely understand how stressful it is to see an unexpected double dip in your bank account, especially when you were trying to stay ahead of things by paying early user_r6lfj4. If you want to pay early, try to do so at least 5 days before your AutoPay date. This gives the system enough time to recognize the $0 balance and skip the automatic payment. If your early payment doesn't post before your autopay date the system will notice there is a balance.

We are able to request a refund if the overpayment results in a credit balance on the account of more than a full month of Xfinity services, @user_r6lfj4. If the amount of the payment makes a credit balance equal to or less than a full month of your Xfinity services, you will not get a refund. It would instead be used toward the next statement balance. I am happy to take a look at this with you.
