I got charged for service after cancellation

Hi,

I cancel my service on August 28 and got another billed charged at me that due on September 25. I attached email that confirm that service was cancelled on August 28. Please clear my bill.

@user_104cdc Your bill was generated before you canceled your service.

Just an FYI, if you canceled while in a contract you may receive a bill for an early termination fee.
