We bill a month in advance so you most likely already received your statement before you put in the cancellation request.
So what will happen within about two to three weeks of your cancellation date is you'll get a final readjusted statement showing the dates we owe you a refund for.
The refund generally goes back to the last payment method within 30 days of the cancellation date.
A great way to check your bill is to just jump on to the Xfinity app, go to billing detailed billing view PDF statements.
There you can view your billing to show the bill that you were billed in advance for and you should also see the readjusted statement showing the credit going back to you as a refund https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/refunds-from-xfinity
