I didn’t sign up for xFi Complete, please remove it and refund the charges

Hello,
I just reviewed my bill and noticed that xFi Complete ($25) has been added to my account. I never signed up for this service, and I am using my own modem, so I don’t need it.

Could you please help me remove xFi Complete from my account and issue a refund for the charges?

Hi @user_fv46rv! Have you recently made any changes to your account or placed an order online? The xFI Complete is a bundle of the Unlimited data and an Xfinity Gateway. 

 

Let's check out your account and happened. We can circle back here as well to update the community on our findings and resolution.

 

May I please ask that you send us a direct message with your full name and servcie address: 

 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

@XfinityEva​ I cannot find the button direct message.
And I want to connect the live assistant staff in chat, It is unavailable.

Please give me an any contact way to get a refund and cancel it.
