I didn’t sign up for xFi Complete, please remove it and refund the charges
Hello,
I just reviewed my bill and noticed that xFi Complete ($25) has been added to my account. I never signed up for this service, and I am using my own modem, so I don’t need it.
Could you please help me remove xFi Complete from my account and issue a refund for the charges?

Hi @user_fv46rv! Have you recently made any changes to your account or placed an order online? The xFI Complete is a bundle of the Unlimited data and an Xfinity Gateway.
