I could never get the discount?!
I am full of complaints now! When I was opening my account the receptionist told me I could get the $10 discount if I set autopay by my credit card, so I let him set autopay for me just at the reception desk. But I was notified to pay the full bill ($49.99), I spent 10 mins to get the agents on the phone who told me that I should have to set paperless before I can get the discount. But no one told me before! Then I did what the agents told me and I was expecting I got the $10 discount. But I just got the bill it is still $49.99!! Tell me, why? Why Xfinity always eat the word?!?!?!
