I changed service but billing stayed the same
I changed my service at the end of December 2022. I dropped the Tripple Play option and kept only the internet streaming and two phone lines. The January bill came and did not reflect the changes. I chatted with an agent after waiting on line for an hour, and he or she confirmed the changes to my service and reassured me that the overcharges would be refunded to me in my next bill. The next bill came today, 2/2/23, and I am still being charged for my old services that had been disconnected in December. There is no way of reaching anyone on the phone. I am stuck waiting for the live chat agent: after 30 minutes, I still have 98 people ahead of me, and the number isn't changing. I am not sure I'll keep waiting. In the meantime, I am beginning to contemplate seriously switching to another service. I've been with xfinity since the 1990s and has been satisfied with the service more or less, but i am having second thoughts now. Can someone fix the problem, please! Or else, I will have to go to another company.

Hello, @gfreidin! Thank you for coming to out community forums page for assistance with these latest bills. Typically, making a change mid-billing cycle will cause proration (partial credits and/or charges depending on the changes made) to appear on the following billing statement. But when you say that you're still not seeing these changes two statements later, that definitely gets my attention, and I'd love to look over things with you if I may. Could you please send our team a private message?
