I changed my internet plan but am still being billed for old plan.
Hi I changed plans over a month ago because it was cheaper but am still getting billed for my old plan and the plan still says it's the old plan. Even though when I go on the app it says I can't switch plans because it shows me being under my new plan when I am not. My new plan is supposed to $85 a month but i am still getting charged $107 for my old plan. I see no way to get a hold of someone about this
