I can't view/manage my plan online

The pricing on my plan is ridiculous and my upload speed is capped at 40, I need a much higher upload speed.

Pricing and upload speeds are both really important, especially if you’re working from home or relying on that connection day to day. Right now, many plans do have lower upload speeds compared to download, but there may be options available that offer higher upload speeds or better overall value depending on your area. I’d be happy to take a closer look at your account and see if there are any plans, promotions, or upgrades available that better fit your needs. To ensure I pull up the correct account, would you mind sending us a direct message with your first/last name and full address by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page? Once you click on that, click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the 'To:" line, input our shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a direct message.
