Why am I not able to get a payment extension at all? It doesnt give me that option. I need an extension for another week atleast.

Moved to Billing for the proper assistance.
@user_51184c Have you had an extension before? Did you make the payment at the proper time or were you late on that payment?
@Again yes I've had extensions before and they were all set on autopay. That's what confused me about not even having that option now. Just seemed odd
Hi, @user_51184c! Thank you for connecting with us here! I'm sorry about the trouble with the payment arrangement. If you need more time to pay your bill and you’re eligible to do so, you’ll see a banner on the Billing page of https://comca.st/3AQr4b7 that lets you know the latest date you can pay by. When you click Make a payment, select Past due balance (you must pay in full), and then choose the date that works for you.
You can also set it up using the Xfinity My Account app under billing. If your account is currently delinquent, you'll see an option to set up a payment arrangement for the specific amount needed to restore or prevent interruption of your service. I hope this helps.
