I can't find any internet only plans/problems with viewing plans.

My term contract ended, so, I checked available plans to see if I could get a better deal. It has been an uphill battle, though. The only ones available to me are ones including home phone, which I don't want or need.

I had a call scheduled to talk to someone over the phone about plan options, where most of it was spent with the rep trying to get me to switch over to xfinity mobile or waiting for them to check what my plan options were. The plan options were still the same, even though I mentioned I didn't need a home phone line. I was told that the best deal was the same one as what I checked out, yet somehow a few bucks more expensive.

Needless to say, I didn't choose anything, and the call was ended. Ever since then, I've tried to check back to see my options again, to compare against competitors, and I keep getting a lot of errors. (Currently, the competitors are offering a better deal at higher speeds too.) It either tells me that I need to contact support or to chat with the xfinity assistant, which just just loops into saying to check out the different plans available.

I'm not sure what to do, or who talk to about getting more transparent information or an actual better deal. I really don't want to cancel my service as I've been with xfinity for many years, but I'm not happy with this whole process.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message: 

  1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon 
  2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
  4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
