I can't access my billing information on the website

I can log in to my account but when I go to billing it shows

All of the Bill Settings show

It has been this way for weeks. I've cleared my cache and cookies, still nothing. What is going on??

Hi @user_4af7c9 Thanks for reaching out to our community for help with your login issues. Do you have the same issue if you log in using the Xfinity App?

Looks like this is a widespread issue. How can a company like xfinity have such a [Edited: "Inflammatory"] system. I am seeing this same error for more than week now, either thru app or desktop.
