I cancelled my service a month ago and now have a negative credit balance?

I was checking back to make sure I paid off my service disconnect fees, but my acct balance says I have -117 and it says I made a recent payment which I shouldn't be paying anymore so I thought maybe I forgot to turn off auto pay, but I can't access my settings to see if autopay is on or not.

Hello, @user_e09a6a. I hope you are having a good week! We can help with your account. The negative number typically is showing that you have a credit balance and are most likely owed a refund. I want to take a look at the account to ensure it is shut off when you requested and get you an answer about the balance and payment.
