I cancelled my internet and I’m still being charged for it.

Hi. I cancelled my internet a few days ago because I moved and no longer needed it. I just got charged another bill for it. I am being charged for a service I no longer am using at a location I no longer live at. I tried to get this fix but the robot phone calls and xfinity text assistant have done nothing. I just want to talk to a human representative and get my money back. Beyond frustrated.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
