I cancelled in May, bill doubled still being charged

I cancelled my account in May, and not only did I get a 200 percent increase in the bill, I did not get cancelled and I am still getting charged. I demand an explanation and refund as I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income. I need immediate assistance before I contact my bank to put a stop to this before I cannot afford to eat.
