I canceled my service but my account was billed over 1 year....SCAMMED!

I canceled my subscription with xfinity in January of 2024. However, the associate that took my call did not cancel the services.And we were billed for the next 16 months unknowingly.  We discovered the charges in april of twenty twenty five and called to complain. After further investigation, I saw someone changed the password on my account twice in twenty twenty four once from another country. I opened an escalation ticket with xfinity. They investigated for 6wks and now the ticket was closed with no refund, issued or explanation as to why. When we first noticed the charges, the associate investigated and saw that. In fact, we have not used the internet since january of 2024, however, still no refund.....yea I'm gonna make some noise about this.
