I canceled my internet service and xfinity keep charging me

On December 21, 2022 I requested a call back about cancelation for xfinity internet service.

I canceled my xfinity internet service starting from December 23, 2023 through agent and got cancelation order number for it to make sure that I canceled internet service.

On January 2 2023, I got an email for payment January and today I got an email for payment Feburary.

I want refund for January and make sure that I don't need to pay any more for internet service I already canceled.

I tried to reach xfinity customer service through chatbot and it always says there is no available agent for it.

Since I am out of United States right now, it is hard for me to get a phone call from xfinity.

Is there anyway that I get refund for January and don't pay internet service any more?

Please help me.

•  Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary 
•  Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon) 
•  Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
•  Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
•  Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
•  Press Enter to send it

Yes the so called dedicated team [Edited: "Language"] I don’t what they dedicate themselves to [Edited: "Inflammatory"] i I would not even bother contacting any Department at Xfinity because they don’t what [Edited: "Language"] there doing
