I believed ACP Program Scammed Me😩

I was on Xfinity essentials for about three years and never ever have a problem with him or had a problem with him everything was moved soon as semi told me about a CP program I don’t even know how I want to I want to program I think I was bullied to sign up or something I don’t know but anyway soon as I was an 80 P program desth Whitman Problem Starbucks I start getting bills the service was cut off then I had got a bill for $50 it they said that I didn’t pay because the ACP program I never had a problem with Xfinity essentials before and so this program I’ve never gotten no emails no letter in the mail stating that I had to pay a bill I thought the program covered everything This is very very weird now I’m going to run around now. I have a bill of $95 I’m like how do I have a bill for $95 which I don’t even know about so please if anybody out there that can help me resolve this that’ll be great. Thank you.
