I am trying to reach Executive Customer Relations regarding a debt that I have since paid but is showing up on my credit score

Good Afternoon,

In October of last year I disconnected my service and upon returning my equipment to Xfinity was lead to believe that I was all set.  Turns out I had a balance due of $138 and an invoice was sent to a prior service address which was my address prior to the address I disconnected service to so there was no mail forwarding.  I later find that my credit score got hit by over 90pts at which time I immediatley called Eastern Account Systems (I assumed was a spam call as no voicemails were left) and paid the debt in February.

I am now trying to buy a house but am having challenges with the credit score not returning to my previously high score!

Ive never had issues in the past and have always had a near perfect score.

Can you please help?

Thanks in advance

I disconnected my service back in October of 2025 and upon returning my equipment to the Xfinity store was lead to believe that the account was set.  I come to discover that a final bill was sent to an old address, a prior address which I havent lived at in over a year, with a balance due of $138.  I received what I thought were spam calls from Eastern Account Systems as no voicemails were left only to discover they were trying to collect on it when my credit score dropped 90+ points.  I am now trying to buy a house and even though I paid this off in February my credit score isnt increasing.  I am told I should contact Executive Customer Relations who might be able to help.

Thanks in advance
