I am signed up for Autopay. Why am I getting a notice saying that my Xfinity payment is overdue?

Hello, @user_v9glwd thank you for taking time to create a post. You've contacted the right place for assistance, and definitely understand the concern of receiving the notification about an overdue payment. From recent experience, my card I had set up for autopay had expired and last month I had to update my expiration date after I noticed a return payment.

When you have time, are you able to pull up your bill either on the Xfinity App or online to check if you see a past due balance on your most recent statement: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-xfinity-billing-history

This helpful article off our website has steps to update payment information, if by chance any of the saved payment information needs changed: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/my-account-app-manage-stored-payments

If you're a new customer and just recently set up autopay, it doesn't kick in until the third bill or 45 days.

I am on autopay and had the February and March bills properly deducted from my account.  In April, though,  I received an overdue notice from Xfinity, without any possibility to get past their unhelpful AI assistants to find out, what is going on
