I am not allowed pay my past bill?!
I recently moved and transferred service. I had an owed balance for my Internet on a payment plan.
However since moving I no longer have the ability to pay toward that balance because my credentials only allow me to sign into my NEW account. I’ve tried many different ways to do it including online, support chat, and over the phone.
I want to pay this balance before it goes into collections. Just to reiterate, this is for my OLD address. Not the address currently linked to my account.
Please give me assistance on this.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
