I am not able to access the billing part of my account.

I have tried multiple times over several months, using multiple browsers and devices, to access my account billing. I either receive an error message or the page never loads. This was prompted from my bill going up 100%, but so far I have not been able to see more information because the website is perpetually broken. It's a wonder I was able to access this page, but even this page's UI is not working properly. I can't even cancel because the website is so unworkable.
