I am looking for an agent to chat with

My Xfinity internet bill is always due on the 29th of each month.  As to be expected, i received a bill yesterday that said it is due on the 29th.  My issue is that I cannot pay on or before the 29th of May.  I receive my Social Security Disability on the 1st of each month - this is what I use to pay my Xfinity bill.  So, I am asking an agent if this is a possibility - that instead of the 29th of May, I pay my bill on the first of June, which I intend to do through online transaction.

I am writing to you in advance because I do not want to be charged an extra fee for delaying my payment for two days after the 29th.

Please respond to my inquiry.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Kalusugan Thank you for reaching out to us here with your questions! To change your Xfinity billing due date, you can typically do so online through your My Account portal. You'll need to sign in to xfinity.com and navigate to your Billing settings, where you can find the option to edit your due date. Once you've chosen a new date, you'll need to confirm and submit the change, which will take effect on your next bill.
