I am going to be late on my prepaid wifi payment this month.
I was wondering if my Wi-Fi will be deactivated? It was due today, 7/10/2024 and will be able to pay either tomorrow or the next day, but I'm just hoping it wont be deactivated as to not have to go through the hassle of getting it reactivated. Is there a grace period?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
