I am bothered for more than one and half year, too many calls and too mnay chats but could not solved, hope find a right person to solve my
There is big trouble issue which I tried to resolve more than one year had half already, I chatted online on Xfinity website and made several calls. Every time, either in chat message or in call, I was transferred to several times and several persons, I should speak my problem from a new beginning, again and again.
I finished my service from 12/25/2022, but you want me to pay THE bills from 12/25/2022 TO 3/31/2023. I argued that for many times, soemtime I got confimation my problems are solved, but still the
debt collector, Credence Resource Management, is bothering me and my family. and there are statements in my account.
Every time the reasons you bill me are different from Xifinty, everytime defferent person responsed me and I need to speak from beginning, and waitint for a new period.it COST too much time and energy to talk like this way.
please give me a right email address so I can mail you my issue in detali so you can check the wohle issue.
or can I send here the long and total issue detail?
Please check the whole issue clearly and give me an just solution. Do not let me bothered by that for a even long time.
