I am being charged for a phone a phone bill I didn't agree to

I have been misleading from multiple employees at xfinity I did agree to set up mobile service your representative sweet talked the package I got pushed on me and convinced me and my dad we would get the money back k to start up internet and then the flex and Mobile were 100 percent free and said it over and over other reps gave me 2 50 dollar and a 30 then said I would get the reimbursement for the charge to start internet service what include Mobile I am either canceling all services and I will not pay that way since I have literally been [Edited: "Language"] by the company in even more ways than this my acp discount isn't applied and I am told it takes 2 months to show its been all summer and my bill is higher than before if I amthe valued customer you say I am and want my business then for the 4th month I am calling over this and the other days throughout these months why isn't nothing being taken care of like it's been said it would I will not go any longer paying for something I didn't needs or want cause I was swindled there has been no cost of ethics and having my own business economics degree and it's a masters so I know business and sales and marketing which none of the tactics that I received go to the point to say professional that's not even in the road ahead with the treatment this company's is showing a so called valued customer that has been told to show they wanted me to have a smoother recovery from the 13 surgeries I have had and stuck healing t he sweet talking making it sounded like I was getting a favor and simply a get well soon gift turned out to cost nothing but money a disabled man who isn't allowed to work and is living off of barley a fraction of the past but all you go home from lying and hurting customers to food clothes roof over your head and enough pocket change to probably take someone out for dinner I would hope I get a manager a higher level position to call back about this matter my name is <Edited: Personal information>
