hurricane ian outage credit or refund
I had no service from 9/28/2022 to 10/24/2022. I eventually called and was told I was owed a refund. But, I only received a partial refund. Several calls later and I still don't have the rest of the refund. What do I do now?

To send a "Direct Message":
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
