Thank you for reaching out to us about this concern. You can manage your Hulu subscription plan (if it’s billed by Xfinity) right through your TV Box/streaming TV Box! This includes checking your Hulu plan status and canceling your subscription.
After starting your Hulu subscription (if it’s billed by Xfinity), you can check the details of your subscription from the Apps & Subscription Management menu in Settings on your Xfinity X1 TV Box or Xfinity Flex streaming TV Box.
It may be that you have signed up in error and checking this place can help see if this was done and remove it from your account to avoid future billing.
