Hulu won't let me cancel the subscription without going through Xfinity and Xfinity states that I don't have hulu service.

I have spent hours on both Hulu and Xfinity telephone and online customer service chat's. Hulu 100% refuses to cancel my subscription because at one time I had subscribed through the flex box xfinity provided. I removed service via the flex box months ago and have since contacted both Xfinity and Hulu multiple times and I am not able to get the Hulu subscription cancelled. The Xfinity customer service representative even called Hulu support on a 3 way party call and Hulu still refused to cancel my subscription service after the Xfinity representative explained I am no longer subscribing to Hulu through Xfinity. At this point I don't see a way to cancel my Hulu subscription service besides changing internet providers which I don't want to do but I will if that's what's necessary to cancel my subscription with Hulu. 

If Hulu wasn't billed through Xfinity I would have just contacted my bank to put a block on Hulu charges.

Didn't work and I called customer service for the gazilienth time. Please find a way to escalate this.
