How to sign a new contract??
My 2 year promotional contract expired last billing cycle, and I THOUGHT I had fixed the issue by signing a new contract to get the promotional $70 rate back for my service plan, but I'm apparently still getting billed nearly $120?? I can't afford that and I have no idea what to do, whenever I try to look at the promotional plans it tells me that I have the one I need. Why am I being charged so much, this feels so predatory :(
