Hi @user_0ebebe Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us through Xfinity forums! Oh no! I deeply apologize for the miscommunication! As it turns out you can not make partial payments towards installment plans. If you would like to pay off the remaining balance owed on the cameras we would be happy to help!

Okay! I pay the amount with my monthly bill but wanted to know how I can see what I owe still and maybe pay it off or something so my bill is lower each month?

@user_0ebebe I totally understand! You can find how out how much is owed by viewing your bill. If it's a balance that you would like to pay off we can assist! If you are having trouble locating the amount owed and/ or would like to pay it we can look into it for you as well. We would just need you to please send us a direct message with the instructions from our previous post. :)

I no longer work for Comcast.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
