How to pay bill with my laptop?

I've been trying to pay my bill online using my laptop. Every time I sign in, it tells me the app will be discontinued and they will be starting some new app. I have a 10 year old phone. That's all I can afford right now. I only pay 40USD a month. It won't hold any of these new apps.

In the past, I've always used my laptops to pay my bills. Now, every time I try to go to my account, the make a payment option doesn't lead me anywhere and doesn't allow me to pay. Does this have something to do with this new horrible app? Will I still be able to access it via desktop version? Everybody can't afford fancy phones.

Hello @user_4b10d9, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. We will be happy to help with your payment concern. Are you currently logged into our Xfinity My Account app while attempting to make  payment? If that's not working, you can definitely attempt to download our Xfinity app to see if you can submit a payment. You can also go to https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/pay-comcast-bill-online, and it will provide you with instructions on how to submit a payment online. You can also use this link: https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/account-selector?execution=e2s1 to try to submit a payment without signing in to your account. It will just ask a few questions beforehand. Let me know if you have any questions at all about this information!

@XfinityJimmy You seem to be a robot. As I said, I don't have a phone that can take your apps. I'm logged into My Account on my laptop. Can I download your Xfinity app on my laptop? Every time I try to, it asks me what my phone is. I don't have a phone that can take your app! The link you provided: https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/account-selector?execution=e2s1 doesn't work. It says "Sorry, we ran into a problem. It looks like you come from an unknown source."

I already went to this page. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/pay-comcast-bill-online

This doesn't seem to be updating with the fact you are moving from MyAccount to Xfinity app. And it doesn't seem to answer whether it's for laptops, desktops, or just phones.

The app would need to be downloaded on a mobile device like a tablet or phone. When you try to submit a payment online are you getting any type of error messages on your side? Also, did you try the link that allows you to submit a payment without signing in that I posted in my last message? Thanks in advance for answering these questions!

I just said I don't have a mobile device like a phone or tablet that can take your app. My phone is 10 years old. Sorry, I'm a poor woman. Am I getting the understanding that I can no longer pay on my laptop? If so, this is horrible. Everything new isn't necessarily good. I only have my laptop, that's how I paid.

Calling on the phone is difficult because it keeps trying to send me a text message when I don't have a phone that can take a text message! How am I going to pay my bill if you make it so difficult?

Every time I go to Billing, press Make a Payment, it doesn't load. It stays a blank white page.

Yes, I tried your link. I also said that in the last post. This was the error message:

Let's try that again.

Sorry, we ran into a problem. It looks like you come from an unknown source.

I apologize that you are having such issues with our link as well as accessing your online account. I would suggest clearing cache and cookies from your internet browser and then reattempting to log in or access the link. For more information on making payments here at Xfinity, I recommend you access this link: https://www.xfinity.com/bill-pay.  If you are still not able to make a payment using our app or online account due to not being able to receive a verification code. I would suggest locating your account number and making a payment in person at your nearest Xfinity service center or you can mail us a check using the information on your bill, or visit a Western Union®/ Quick Collect® location to pay with cash or money order. You’ll just need that account number.
