How to Get Credit Refund Transferred Back to Credit Card?
Hi everyone,
I was charged when returning my equipment and was told I would be refunded back to my credit card that was charged. I see that it was converted to credit on my account instead of being refunded to my card. How can I get rid of the credit and only get the refund back to my card?

Hello, @user_3lolep the credit on your account will automatically be refunded to the last payment method on file. If for any reason the refund does not process you will be sent an email on how to claim the refund. You can get more information here.
