How to get credit balance refunded

We had to close our Xfinity acct recently as I have retired and we are moving to a new area where there is not Xfinity service. How can I get my credit balance refunded? Thanks!

Hi, @tonyrga! Thanks for taking the time to reach out for help with the refund inquiry. I have wondered the same thing as I have been in your shoes before. Normally where there is a remaining credit balance after the disconnection of services, the refund would go back to the last payment card on file. If there were any issues with the refund going back to the last payment card onfile, we would then mail you a refund check. Make sense?

Even am in the same boat. I have moved to different state where xfinity is not available. I have credit in my account of $90.  Since I was paying through my checking account, how it will be refunded back? How soon I will get the refund?

@user_o80bcs Great questions! It will get applied back to your checking account in the next 30 days of the disconnect.

I no longer work for Comcast.

@XfinityGabriel That is not true!  I have spoken with numerous xfinity reps, including chatting w/ billing in the xfinity store.  Xfinity advised me that they get to keep my credit balance by stating it is ACP money which it is not!
