How To get Contract details. billing and term agreement not provided.
Hi. Another unhappy customer that seems to be getting tricked, scammed
After changing our plan with comcast we were offered a 24month fixed price for services that came with disconnect fee if canceled in first 12 month. I was told this information would all be emailed and in our account once completed.
I never received a printable copy of this even though it was shown when I selected agree on computer screen. I have spoken to Comcast agents 3 times now that confirm my promotion yet can not send me an invoice or statement of the contract agreement. Only documents show first month payment and then the cancelation fees. The local Comcast xfinity store employees also refuse to help me with any of this.
Already spent 3 hours between 4 phone calls to customer support and once connected with supervisor was hung up on/disconnected.
Any help? I only want a copy of the terms I agreed to. fixed price for the 24 months. Help thanks!
