How to get assistance with Billiing?

Every post says there is a Direct Message option at the top right. I do not see it.

You need to make a public post first so that an employee can help you; they will ask you to send them a DM; doing so beforehand is against the Forum Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy.

I moved your post to Billing from the Guidelines forum for better visibility.

Hello, @rt.droid thank you for taking time to create a post. You've contacted the right place for assistance for billing help, and would be happy to get the billing concern resolved. If you didn't see it yet, our great forums expert @Again went over the process for direct messaging. I did want to add you do need to signed in to Xfinity Forums as well to be able to send the direct message .

We do like to keep as much information in our public space as possible, and would like to check if the billing concern is something that may just be a generalized question I can answer here.
