Every post says there is a Direct Message option at the top right. I do not see it.
You need to make a public post first so that an employee can help you; they will ask you to send them a DM; doing so beforehand is against the Forum Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy.

If you didn't see it yet, our great forums expert @Again went over the process for direct messaging. I did want to add you do need to signed in to Xfinity Forums as well to be able to send the direct message .
We do like to keep as much information in our public space as possible, and would like to check if the billing concern is something that may just be a generalized question I can answer here.
