How to contact comcast over email for a refund

I am just coming out of literally a 4 hour chat session with like 15 agents who kept disconnecting, about a billing refund. Where do I send a refund request over email, so I can attach the chat history?
I have been overpaying for months and months for a modem that I had already sent back. It also needs to be taken off my current account which also seemed to be something the agents couldn't do.
Thanks!

Hello @user_rw2t8e, Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your day to leave a post on our community forum. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. I’m in the same boat. Was told by a rep on chat that they would cover the remaining cost of my phone if I switched over to them. That was a lie and the full amount $700 was taken out of my account. I have wasted hours and hours trying to get someone to help and the amount of times I’ve had to retell the situation is insane. It’s like they don’t even keep track of prior communication. I’ve completely given up trying to resolve it with them and have contact my bank to report it as fraud as I know my bank at least has competent people working for them. This is hands down the most unethical shady company I’ve ever had to deal with and once this issue is resolved I will be canceling all my services with them. I’m sorry this happened to you as well
