How to clear/clean up info in Xfinity system

I have a couple of issues that need to be resolved ASAP. PLEASE.
1) Since early May, 2026, I have been dealing with a $279.46 refund due me as a result of Xfinity's website sending a closed account ending in #2018, belonging to [Edited: "Personal Information"], payments made by me for my account ending in #3055 (see my below email of May 28).  The emails I received for payment due would reference acct #3055, however I discovered that payments made were going to account #2018.  Xfinity has agreed that I am owed a refund.  Refund was sent via a debit card with my name on it with the credit issued to [Edited: "Personal Information"].  Thus, the card is unusable, the refund was not truly refunded.  I contacted Bancorp the card issuer re the mix-up and am advised that Xfinity needs to fix the error.  I have spent endless hours going in circles with the Xfinity store and chat  for too long.
2) I have received numerous emails from Xfinity advising that my payment for account #3055 is past due.  I have been revisiting the website since early June so I can make a payment however, when I select pay bill, it brings up a window for closed account #2018 showing a $0.00 balance due.  I can't get to a window to pay for my current account #3055.
Will you please, please, please help get this mess cleaned up so I can receive my refund and pay on my account #3055.
Below is a copy of my previous explanation of this issue that was sent to Xfinity.
I'm responding to your request to know about why I answered "0" to recommending Xfinity to friends & family.  My answer is because
I've been having problems paying my account because my payments go to a closed account.
1. On 04/14 I paid $265.77 on acct ending in #2018
2. On 04/15 I closed acct #2018 and opened acct #3055 (I'm now owed credit for closed acct #2018)
3. On 04/17 I received a bill for acct #3055 for the account that I opened 1.5 days ago
4. On 04/23 I received bill for closed acct #2018 for an account that I closed 7 days ago
I visited the Xfinity store and explained to one of the Xfinity employees that I needed help will billing.  His response - we all need help with our billings, car note, P.G.&E. rent, cable etc., etc., what do want me to do about it?  This guy was too rude for me to want to try to speak with.  I walked out of the store.
5. On 05/05 I received Notice of Credit for $119.93 for closed acct #2018
6. On 05/06 I received my bill for acct #3055; made two payments for $119.53, conf #[Edited: "Personal Information"]and $40, conf #[Edited: "Personal Information"]
7. On 05/15 I received 2nd Notice of Credit for $119.93 to acct #2018
8. On 05/19 I received Notices of Payments Received to acct #1018 for $119.53 & $40.  As this went to the wrong acct I expect reimbursement.
I reviewed my process for paying Xfinity bills, specifically the email bill for acct 3055.  What happens is when I clicked on the button to pay on acct #3055, I brings up another page for acct #2018.  I tried to pay on my acct #3055 for a few days but kept getting the page for acct #2018.
9. After several attempts to pay on-line, On 05/27 I called Xfinity (didn't want to have to deal with the rude employee at the Xfinity store).  I was on the phone for 1 hr 23 mins.  During this phone call I was put on hold for 1 hr 7 mins.  The guy didn't want to deal with reimbursements, instead wanted me to switch my T-Mobile cell phone service to Xfinity/T-Mobile to get a better rate.  I explained I have enough problems with Xfinity's billing and don't want to add to my problems.  I was put on hold again.  When he returned he offered to change my monthly Xfinity bill from $159.53 to $139.53, a savings of $20/month with no other charges or changes to my account.  I repeated what I thought I was hearing to be sure I understood.  He agreed that I understood.  Finally, he said he needed to hang up but would call me back immediately.  I waited 30 mins for an immediate call back.
10. Never got the call back. Never resolved my issue of credits.
11. I would never recommend a service that treats their customers the way I've been treated.
Can you help me with reimbursements (see lines 5, 7, & 8 above)?
