How to check Loyalty Discount amount?

I was notified that I will receive a Loyalty Discount on my bill for the next 12 months because my promotion is ending. However, when I check upcoming charges I do not see the Loyalty Discount, and the full price of the service is showing. How can I see the amount of the Loyalty Discount?
