How to change my **billing** address -- service address is correct
I need to know how to fix this because there is no option to change it in my account settings. Super annoying because Chat does not help at all.

Please see https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/updating-your-mailing-address. You can't change this yourself, you need to have a Comcast rep make the change for you.
If an Employee doesn't reply to your message here, contact a phone rep at 1-800-Comcast, or see https://www.xfinity.com/support/contact-us. If you decide to visit a Service Center or Xfinity Store check hours and locations at https://www.xfinity.com/support/service-center-locations.

BruceW, Gold Problem Solver, answered vinner4 (New Poster on 9-26-2020 at 05:00 PM).
BruceW gave a link in the email to vinner4, which we already found was not useful. That link does not take us anywhere where we can change the address where Xfinity sends the bill! As "vinner4" stated JUST YESTERDAY 9-26-2020, Xfinity "human beings" that can correct this problem are not findable: xfinity staff totally CONFUSE service address with mailing address---they think they are the same location. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP, we appreciate your time.
