How to cancel service when im not available for a phone call from 7am-7pm

After seeing the latest offers, its a little annoying that im paying $80/month for 300mbps internet WITH a data limit, when they are offering new customers unlimited gigabit internet, with hulu, disney+ and peacock for only $60/month for 5 years! unless they can give a customer of over a decade that deal ill just switch to frontier for only $35/month for gigabit internet. frustrating to say the least that they will [Edited: "Language"] their existing customers like this. As the title says, I'm not availible from 7am-7pm for a "phone call" how do i go about cancelling my service?
