How to Access Previous Bills From Past House After Moving to New Location
Hello Xfinity and Community. I am not able to access the last few bills from my old home after switching to the new home account. It says switch but the old home doesn't show up. Is there a way to access the previous billing history (specifically I just need the last few bills)?

Assuming the accounts were linked to same login you can switch between them on the online website and app. Instructions on that are provided here:
https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts
If that link is not helpful we can look into the old account for you to see what is going on.
