Hello user_aquzyx, thank you for reaching out here in our Xfinity Community forum, we appreciate you and your time. Sadly, we have no idea of a timeframe on payment using a 3rd party. If you have any contact information, I suggest reaching out to them for more information. If they cannot help, we can certainly look, but if the payment was not processed in our system, we have no way of researching.
