How do o get a refund for consistently unavailable service?

Our internet has been out consistently the last two weeks. Impossible to get any work done with such poor service. Why should I be paying the full monthly amount when service is at best intermittent? There should be stiff financial penalties assessed and refunds to customers when service is so poor in order to incent Comcast to do better.

We're sorry to hear that you have been experiencing connection issues the last two weeks and would be happy to troubleshoot. We are also happy to review your account for any applicable credits as we do want to make the situation right. May I ask what troubleshooting steps you have tried so far for example, have you tried restarting your modem? May I ask if you are also experiencing issues with your speeds?
