How do l remove my connected bank account?

My autopay is closed but I'd like to completely remove my bank account. When I go to edit it, the portal says Im not allowed to acces it.

With though companies, it is easy to disconncet a credit card. Since xfinity requires a bank account (and I don't use xfinity anymore) I don't feel comfortable that my account is still connected.
