How do I talk to an actual human being?
I was charged for my previous account even after I canceled it. I tried calling the customer service and all I got was an abominable robot that just takes questions that it is programed for. How do I resolve this issue asap?
P.S.: The chatbot is really bad and barely solves any problems. It's a useless shield that the company has deployed between customers and service.
