How do I switch to NOW internet?

I tried looking into it at https://www.xfinity.com/now, but when I put my address in the system recognizes that I already have regular xfinity internet and the webpage won't let me sign up or switch.

Is there a way to seamlessly way switch over, or do I actually have to cancel my regular xfinity and sign up separately at xfinity NOW.

I work from home, so I'm hoping for a quick and seamless way to switch.

Hello, how are you doing today @user_oxd8pz? We want to thank you for being a valued customer no matter what services you have! To sign up for NOW Internet, you would need to close your account or remove all services except Xfinity Mobile. A given location can't have Xfinity internet and NOW internet at the same time. I know this must present some challenges especially since you work from home, but this is the information you need.

And for how long after cancel  the services I’m going to be without internet? Or I’m able to subscribe to Now in any Xfinity store instead order the equipment online.

That is a great question @user_gyskzb. You can set the disconnect order on your current services for a date after the NOW service has been activated. You can also visit a service center to pickup the equipment as well. You can also go to the https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/now-internet-overview site for information on that NOW service.

And how exactly do you sign up for the Now Internet while still having the regular Xfinity service? Because it won’t let you sign up for Now with the regular internet connection.

Thank you for asking about this, @user_u31qwm. You will need to have a disconnect order in place before the system will allow you to sign up for NOW Internet at the same address.

I would stick with the regular Xfinity  internet if I didn’t have to pay $30 for unlimited every month. It’s always the long term customers that get taken advantage of.

Would my mobile bill change or I’d stay paying the same I pay now if I switch to now
