How do I report a problem with the Xfinity website?

Hello. For the past few months I have been unable to use my PC to pay my bill online. I am on autopay, but I pay early, so when I click "make an early payment" the next screen will "load", but it's blank and no amount of refreshing or waiting lets it actually load. I have to go to my web browser on my phone and it loads just fine that way. It's a tad annoying and I wanted to let someone know so your IT guys can get on that.

Additionally, there is no way to directly send Xfinity Support an email. I have used the "direct message" feature and typed "Xfinity Support" into the "To" area, but it does not pop up in a "drop down" list. Either it was a feature that has since been removed, or this is yet another bug that needs to be fixed.

The concern is not "accessibility / disability" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
