How do I get support????

I've been online with a chat bot for 30 mins and they asked me the same question at least 3x.  My bill has skyrocketed to 485/month.  I want to lower my bill or cancel my service I know I can move over to a different internet provider and streaming service for less than half the cost of what I'm paying.  Can someone give me a number to reach someone to either lower or cancel my service.
