how do I get refunds on poor internet speeds
My speeds over the past year have averaged about 200 mbps and I am paying for 500. I have all 4 of Xfinity's services, some of which are impacted by this problems. I have documentation of my speeds, or lack thereof. I have been given 4 modems and 2 cables in the yard to try to address the problem. I want to talk to a high level person about my lack of service for all of the services I have.
