How DO I get Help From Anyone at Xfinity
I have tried to get help from Xginity over the phone and chat assistance, both are useless. I had to move to a new area for medical reasons. I tried to transfer my service but was told by Xinity that they don't service the area. The area is serviced by Spectrum. So I had to cancel my service and was told I would still be charged a $200 early ermination fee? How does this make any sense? It's not my fault they don't service the area. I wanted to transfer my service. Who can get this weaived or at leat get me an email to a different department? The phone reps a re no use at all. They just repeat the same thing over and over like they're rading fomr a script.

Hello @user_gyyx1m Thanks for reaching out about your account and early termination fee. Congrats on your move to your new home. I'm sorry to hear we do not service the area you're moving to. Early termination fees are applied when there's a broken contract agreement. I am happy to see what options we have for you. Can you please direct message me your first and last name along with your full service address.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

If you are under a contract and you need to cancel service, you may be subject to an early termination fee (ETF).
If you move to a Comcast serviceable area, and transfer service, you are not charged.
If you move to a Comcast serviceable area, and do not sign up for service, then the ETF would apply.
If you move to a non-Comcast serviceable area, then the ETF does apply.
If it is an active duty military deployment, then the ETF will be waived when you send documentation.
If the account holder is deceased, the ETF will be waived upon receiving a death certificate or obituary.
If you downgrade service, then the ETF will not apply.
If you have a Double/Triple Play and remove all but one service, then the ETF will not apply.
